What We Do
-
Peer support is grounded in lived experience and mutual understanding. We offer one-on-one and group settings to offer a space where people can talk openly with someone who understands that no matter the path… recovery is hard and you don’t have to travel alone.
Sessions focus on:
Connection and understanding
Exploring goals and next steps
Navigating recovery in everyday life
Encouragement and mutual learning
-
Creativity, in all forms, can open doors to expression, reflection and healing that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone. Workshops focus on process over perfection and invite participants to explore creatively in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Workshops may include:
Art and mixed media
Journaling and creative writing
Collage and visual storytelling
Simple craft and hands-on creative exploration
-
Recovery can feel isolating. Community spaces allow people to reconnect at their own pace with others and feel less alone.
Gatherings are where people can:
Create alongside others
Share ideas and experiences
Build supportive connections
Explore creatively in a welcoming environment
Gatherings are designed to informal, inclusive and community centered. Come as you are. You are welcome here.
Who We Serve
Creative Recovery Studio is for anyone exploring their mental health and looking for a non-clinical space to reconnect with creativity, curiosity, and community.
This space is for people who want to explore recovery in ways that feel human, expressive, and open-ended.
You do not have to be an artist.
You do not have to have everything figured out.
All you need is curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to explore with empathy — however that looks for you.
Creative Recovery Studio offers a space where people can show up as they are, exist without pressure, and build connections with others who understand that recovery is a process, and often a messy one.
Here, simply showing up is enough.
There is space for you here.
